I am thankful to have became interested the words of poets, learned, successful men and women, the survivors of horrible things that lived contented satisfied lives, the martyrs and saint and sinners who did good and stood up or sacrificed for their values or beliefs or to help another. I seek to assimilate them with my own to come to a better perspective. I've lost many family members to disease and suicide, I've been self destructively depressed, self harmed, and silly cry for help suicide attempts. My sister took her own life and it rocked my world, I hurt and saw so much hurt in my family. I hit my bottom and had an epiphany and now I seek these words to help me take action and not just thought towards living a life with no regrets as Cicero explains, a life that by my own judgement was not lived in vain.
