Not sure about the snowboarding. Always fun to try new things but the risk of injury may outweigh the benefits here? As Arthur Jones once said, “good judgment comes from experience, experience from bad judgement”. 😉

Haha - I agree that you have to let experience keep you safer than before. That was a mistake I used to make in my 20s... I would overdo things physically, and then the recovery is longer than it needs to be or you get injured.

Nowadays, I am way more consistent because I have learned the boundaries of where I get hurt and I have gained a bit of humility, for lack of a better word, on needing to be better every time I go run etc.

So - I am going to disagree with you (<3). I think you can let experience and an intelligent approach based on understanding where your competence ends and danger begins.
